i have the highwind and have a bunch of chocobos in my ranch... they wont let me back in... i just go back in the normal way, right? or do i go through the sand or wth... im so confused

I'm going through the game (PC version) and I just got to the second disk. The meteor is on its way and I am no longer allowed back into the golden saucer.... How far in the game/what do I have to do to be able to get back into the saucer??? I want to race chocobos :ohshit: ~Moved to Help Booth~
