Is III considered the hardest one then?

Yeah, I got to the end of the prologue last night :( And I've decided I'm just going to buy FFI and work my way through them.

I had a fear the stories would be basic, that's why I'd held off getting them :( While I was searching I found a game called FF Dimensions though. And it was free. I've never even heard of it! Any good?

So I've been aware that these three games have been available on the App Store for a while now, but haven't gotten around to buying them yet. I've now decided to take the plunge and buy one, as I've never played them. Which would you say is the one with the best story?

My missus is 9 years older than me, and we're great together. Get married on Friday as it happens. I don't see any problem with your situation. As long as you're cool with the idea that he'll be drawing his pension while you're still arguably in the prime of your life. That could be awkward...

I'm pretty sure Hentai would qualify you for hell.

I don't think a lot of kids these days would have the attention span to sink 80+ hours into a game, unfortunately. I think that's the main reason we'll never see a proper remake.

It's definitely worth it. It's one of the best of the whole series, IMO. And at £9 on PSN, it's a steal. The only thing I disliked about it was the official guide. "Oh, you're in the middle of an epic boss fight? WANT TO KNOW HOW TO KILL IT IN ONE HIT?! Then please stop what you're doing and...

I'm sure they're great games, I was just massively put off by the way they looked. I prefer the drawn backgrounds. Especially IX. Loved the cartoony feel some of it had. Almost Disney-esque.

Thanks! For me, it has to be either VII or IX. Which one depends on my mood. Haven't played anything after X as they just looked terrible :mrgreen:
