i prefer action style because the first time i put it into command style, my character was attacked and just stood there like an idiot lol, i have never used it since because i was so frustrated lol
i have found that the duel colisseum goes on forever however it is a good place to level up your characters, and also you can obtain the recipes for useful items here, (you may have to play through a few times to get them all though) and also trading in your medals for PP is also a good way to...
gabranth is my favourite villain purely because he is the only character in the game that i have been able to beat inward chaos with ^^, i really liked him in ffXII and when i first bought him in dissidia he was kinda dissappointing, but as his level grew he became really easy to control, and he...
well, i was using cloud as my main character but no matter how hard i tried i could not beat him, so then i decided to use gabranth. i beat inward chaos first time with no problems. strange huh?
i really liked advent children and crisis core but i thought that dirge of cerberus was worse than terrible. i dont think there should be any more spin-offs, however i would like to see a ps3 remake of ff7
for me it has to be the chocobo racing, i think it is a great way to break up the long heavy plot and enables you just to have a bit of fun in between the tough bits.
the sidequest i didnt like is the forest of the ancients where you get Typhoon, it took me about 40 tries to get through this place
i think the hardest boss for me was the demon wall on the first playthrough, i mean i just beat bahamut then this thing comes out of the blue, i was not happy. also its very difficult to get your team to a decent level before this point because all the enemies you face are really weak, so yeah...
yeah he did look a bit out of place to be honest. i found this sidequest easier the first time i played through because i didnt get yuffie until very late in the game so it only took a couple of hits per level
the only good thing about cactuar island is that it is the only place in the game in which you can find cactuars. i know its not very exciting but i think that you should pay the cactuars a visit in every ff. haha it should be a sidequest like the one in ffX
from the last conversation that you have with him in X you learn that he is an unsent, however if you have played X-2, we are told again about him being an unsent and it clears up some of the questions about him. i wont spoil it for you though ^^
i would recommend getting it if you are like me and like to complete these games 100%, however it really isnt that important as you have the ability to customise your own weapons and can make one that is almost exactly the same however i cannot remember the name now, so no it isnt really that...
as far as i am aware, most of the rifts created by this attack are being or have been repaired in final fantasy X-2, however as already previously posted, it mainly only affected some small islands and parted the ocean.
hahaha i really like the rant however i really didnt find this minigame that much of a problem. the first time i played the game it only took me 5 attempts, and my other playthroughs it only took like 2 or 3. the minigame i struggled with was dodging the lightning bolts, i ran out of patience...
i loved blitzball, i found that when the game was getting difficult and i was getting annoyed, it was a great way to break the game up and relax really. although i think it could have had more detail as it was pretty basic (you were very limited to what you could do)
for me it had to be bahamut, it took me forever to try and beat him, even though i had already beaten the magus sisters. in the end i had to rely on yojimbo to use zanmato as i was getting really frustrated
my favourite place was the Phon Coast, the monsters were easy to deal with but the scenery was superb and it was just really nice to wander around and really enjoy the place
i really like larsa, especially the first time he joins your team as he is a huge asset, with his healing, which really helps when you want to level up your team.
however it was difficult for me to get my head around the fact that such a young, naive child can be so wise and mature, but come...
my favourite part of the game was the quickenings, they were amazing, and also the clan centurio sidequest was a fun one to complete. the graphics were fine although not quite as good as i was expecting which was a shame, and as far as storylines go for the final fantasy series, i was quite...
i think that the chemistry between Vaan and Penelo was poorly portrayed, and also Ashes' relationship with Vaan seemed terribly fake however the relationship between Fran and Balthier was clear and you can see that they really care for each other. i also thought that the hatred between noah and...
warning: spoilers
my favourite character has to be noah fon ronsenburg. there are many reasons for this:
the most important has to be his past. i really enjoyed unravelling his story. His past (especially with Basch), why he joined the empire, what happened to his mother, his hatred for...
