id say GBA because of the portability and the updated graphics. i really dont see the problem with having to use a small screen

best is FF XII Cid and the worst is FF III Cid mostly cause he is really old and is nothing like the other Cids. when i first saw him i thought, omg this cant be cid

12 was kinda a dissapointment. i would recommend 7 or 9, if u have a DS i would get the remake of 3 for it and even 1&2 DoS (gba but can play on DS)

i used to change the main character in most games after myself (matt) but recently i find it kinda annoying so i just leave them the same

i used her mainly as my healer so i didnt use her magic attacks much since she was healing

i personally take a liking to red XIII because he just has a sense of mystery to him when u first me him and well, theres really nothing cooler then a red, talking cat/dog thingy

i think that ff3 for the DS is one of the best FF's iv played solely for the fact that now i have something to do during homeroom and study hall ^_^

ok, getting prepared for bashing. Dirge of Cerberus SUCKED. i hope they dont make anymore spin-offs if they will be as bad as that. however, if they actually make em good,i have no problem wiht it

yes it can be played on a ps1, in fact thats what im doing (im finally getting around to playing it for the first time (: ) however, when i go to save it the game slows down and it takes awhile to save, not to long, just longer then it should take. i dont know if this has anythin to do with it...

i personally loved em, i would recommed them to anyone that has played and to anyone that hasnt played to originals
