Unreal 4 Engine tech demonstration, I personally thought that this demonstration was vastly superior in terms of initial impressions to that of the new Square Enix engine.
Simply amazing real-time effects and true interaction demonstration. Superb stuff...
True, and I apologize.
Also, I did not say that FFVII was the best in the series. I said that it was "the last great Final Fantasy"
I did not say that it was my favorite game in the series, either. :P
It has been a very long while, but I distinctly recall Cloud being but a kid. He was weak and wanted to protect Tifa, he bravely left town to become stronger. Being weak and wanting to get strong to protect someone is very far away from emo. Weak does not yield emo I am afraid to say.
Squall...
hahaha!
So Cloud was acting like Zack, when he decided to man up and leave town to become a SOLDIER? hahaha
I'll leave it at that, you make fun of yourself, so why would I bother?
Also, a Final Fantasy veteran is someone that loved the series before all of the emo, anime freaks, cosplay...
How cute :)
The scope of that game, the epicness of it, demanded a sequel. I can recall fan art from back in the day, demanding it. And everyone expecting
the next Final Fantasy game to be a direct sequel.
And don't even get me started on the card battle game.
That pointless bullshit.
When a game sucks so much, that you feel the need to add a long, boring, tedious card battle game just as a filler!
You know you did something wrong.
edit:
Also, I am telling him that if he must play it, to...
Hahaha. This from a guy that likes Final Fantasy X, that abomination of a game.
Cloud was basically turned into an emo in sequels, he was a very confident young man that left his home town to pursue a dangerous career as a SOLDIER, what has that to do with being emo???
Squall is an emo from the...
Ah! Hello there.
In regard, to the PSP GO being shunned by everyone, I would agree with you that once I got my hands on it I really loved it. The lack of a UMD drive makes it so much quieter.
Now, to the issue at hand.
FFVII- Is without a doubt, the last great Final Fantasy. Lots of fans look...
Simply amazing, to have all that rendered IN REAL-TIME!!!
Not sure if a lot of people realize the the amount of power needed to accomplish something like this.
Anyway, for those of you that are PC gamers, there had been rumors that the PS4 would be sporting an AMD Quadcore APU + 6000s series...
I can recall in great detail the feeling I got from looking at the FFVII cover for the first time.
Cloud, looking up bravely at the Shinra Building, confident as hell, looked like he could take on the world!
Never more....
All we have left of that Cloud, is this:
I have to agree with your post in its ENTIRETY.
That said, and even though this is somewhat off topic,
I have much higher hopes on Elder Scrolls Online.
Perhaps the game that will finally bring me over to the dark side (MMO's)
No, you are actually right, Versus XIII was a PS3 exclusive. Good memory.
I haven't kept up with Final Fantasy news until I joined the forums not to long ago, so I forgot about that.
So it does seem possible for them to have come to an agreement to begin work on a wii u port.
Still seems...
I agree, any upcoming Final Fantasy game that has nothing to do with the Nova Crystallis story branch is a welcome edition to the series.
What does seem very strange to me is that, development for multi-platform games are usually very tedious. At this point, the have at least 6 years of...
I agree that this is very lazy on their part.
However, they have spent years and millions upon millions in the development for the game. Does that make it worthy of a full fledged Final Fantasy title? Perhaps.
Will all that amount time in development and all those resources make it a good...
Final Fantasy Versus XIII promoted to full-fledged FFXV... (Ostensibly)
Gamesradar just released an article relating to a leaked pre-E3 briefing footage of what we knew as Final Fantasy Versus XIII. The tittle appears to have been promoted to a full fledged FFXV title. Check out the article...
