I like the lighting effect around your central character, it makes it look very simple and western if I may say so. It's a fine set so 9/10. Though the Makka Pakka kinda puts one annoying image in my head.. ;)

It would probably be nice to see a spin-off or something, giving more details perhaps on the profile of certain characters like Shadow and Interceptor, Edgar and Sabin or Locke. This is one of my favourite FFs, so if a remake happens to be, then it'd probably work best as an movie like advent...
