Power Leveling on FFVIII is only really useful when you have a whole lot of of the Attribute+ skills of Ifrit Strength+1, Siren Magic+1, Brothers HP+30, Carbuncle Vitality+1 and Leviathans Spirit+1 and the Cactuar GF who has all of these:ryan: Equip these and stats raise hella fast!
