Ah, yes. Another one of those easy post threads. But in this one you are helping all of the indecisive, lonely netflickers and video store goers figure out which movies they should watch. There are many threads similar to this one, but this one is the best among them. So don't be a cunt...
My first name was sashman. But I soon realized that the lower case letters looked shit. So I changed it to SaShman, a bold, powerful name that demands respect... annd I haven't changed it since.
I kept my user title as the default thing too because I wanted to see what they all were.
EDIT: Fucking long post :hmph:
I recently got back from a 2 month trip.
I've been to:
- Japan twice once in 2010 and, more recently, last November. Great place, great people. The first night I was there, I arrived at my hotel after it had closed. Some guy let me stay at his place for the night...
I saw it in 48 FPS. During the first few seconds I thought it was the most amazing film I'd ever seen visually. But as it progressed it seemed a bit weird. Tbh, I thought the HFR made the sets and costumes look cheap. The costumes looked like costumes and I think the makeup etc was more obvious...
I'm gonna go ahead and cross that off ohohohohoho.
Learn Mandarin Chinese. It seems like an incredibly useful language to know.
Still looking for bandmates who aren't Nazis.
Which albums do you think are best experienced when listened to from beginning to end? Albums which may lose some of their value when put on shuffle or when you only listen to a few stand alone tracks.
De-loused in the Comatorium - The Mars Volta
A lot of the songs often go off on crazy...
I'm going to try and give a wanky explanation. Country music has a local feel to it (with its distinct southern flavour) but is distributed on a mass scale. As such, it chases away teeny boppers because it is something different to what they usually hear. At the same time it doesn't appeal to...
The room is brilliant :lew:
Robogeisha. It's a Japanese film. I haven't seen it. But I saw the DVD in the shop the other day and it looks like an insane movie that is packed with non-stop calamities.
So far I've been to Japan, China (transit), Russia, Turkey, Austria and Germany. I did end up finding the apartment; it is now a police station haha. My first Christmas away from home was alright, aside from finding the apartment, I had a litre of beer for breakfast in one of those beer halls...
Not too bad my dear pal. I've been travelling the past month or so and am currently in Munich. I spent Christmas Day looking for Hitler's old apartment. Life is grand. How are you?
Meh, I like rep. Sometimes when I get bored I like to read older threads. I like to go back to a simpler time and reminisce on some of the shit I wrote a while ago that was apparently worth clicking the little rep button for. The comments are also nice.
lol I remember when Busta first hit 100...
That's how I found out about Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers, One Direction, Carley Rae Jepson and Selina Gomez. I probably wouldn't think twice about them if people didn't hate them so much. I still don't know what the last one actually does tbh. :hmmm:
November.
The weather is generally nice, it rarely gets ridiculously hot or cold. My birthday is in November. It is close to Christmas time. When it rains, I have an excuse to listen to 'November Rain' even though I don't really like GnR anymore. November is clearly the greatest month and...
lolwut? :wacky: The worst ones that you will find in your house are huntsmans and it's easy to get rid of them without killing them because they have balls and don't run around when you try to catch them.
I used to be terrified of spiders and used to always kill them, but a few years ago I...
