    Playstation PSP Top 5 List

Admittedly, I don't have many games on my PSP yet and a few of them are the PS1 Classics but here goes! 1. Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions - immersive and brilliant RPG that has an excellent level of depth in regards to both gameplay and story. Somewhat difficult at times, however. 2...

about FF Graphics and its impact

I think the main problem with many games nowadays is that they're focusing more upon graphics and gameplay rather than story and immersion. The latter two aspects are what make me satisfied with a purchase and contribute to whether or not I'll choose to replay them.

    Coffee/Caffeine

As much as I love coffee, I tend to save it to be a treat for when I'm out and about and can spare some time to sit back in a café with some friends or relatives and just relax. Or when the day is hectic and I need to a boost of energy.

    Saying "no offense"

I tend to use it online more than I do offline, simply due to the fact that I tend to come off as rather blunt at times and thus it helps erode away some of the tension. To be fair though, I've mostly got into the habit of doing it purely because certain MMORPG's are full of people who will...

    Piercings

I don't plan on getting anything of mine pierced. I just don't see the appeal in sticking a bit of metal in myself, even if it would be 'trendy'. The numerous horror stories and health risks also contribute to putting me off the idea. Furthermore, I can't help but think things have gone a bit...

[FF8] Would you like to see a remake/spinoff to this game?

I'd love to see a remake of the game with added and revamped content, but I'd hate to see a spin off. They always seem to strike me as being more about milking profit than remaining loyal to the fans of the original game, which defeats the point of a spin off in the first place.

    FFXIII: Least Favorite Characters

I disliked pretty much every character beyond Jihl Nabaat, who actually came across as being a rather interesting individual. I wasn't impressed by the playable characters, they just struck me as lacking depth and revolving around overused clichés.

Jecht, Seymour, or Auron: who is the coolest?

Auron and Jecht felt rather forced, in my opinion. I much preferred Seymour as he was unusual, yet charming in a sinister/creepy way.

Do you need God to be moral?

Morality isn't something dictated by religion or faith, in my opinion. I'm not religious, but I respect the fact that other people follow their own beliefs. So long as they don't put pressure on me to see things their way, I tend to turn a blind eye. Yet at the same time, there's a fair few...

    Kids movies and quality

I always found most of my childhood movies to have a deeper message, one that appealed to both children and adults alike. The Lion King is one such film that springs to mind. It touched on some rather dark themes like betrayal and death. Yet nowadays, I look at some of the stuff my sister...

Things you don't like watching in movies and TV shows

There's very few things that actually make me turn away from the screen in digust, but I guess that's due to years of watching all manner of horror movies and leading a rather dramatic life for a time. That said, there's nothing more embarassing than watching a sex scene in a movie/tv show/game...

What game series are consistently good?

Ah, Valkyrie Profile...I've played both games and I was left very satisfied and lusting for more. I did prefer the original (which I finally got to play on my PSP) and I actually found myself drawn in to some of the more tragic character recruitment scenes. In addition, I'll agree with Aerith...

Who is the best looking FF Character

Female: Quistis, Beatrix, Edea, Lulu and Jihl. Male: Seifer, Gabranth and Basch. They line up with my tastes, at any rate.

Anonymous "declares war" on Egyptian Government

It's a worrying situation, I just hope it is solved swiftly and without further bloodshed, for the longer the problem persists, the higher the chance of other countries deciding to get involved out of necessity - and it is at that point that a possible war is risked.

    Best Story-Telling - Which FF?

I'd say FFIX had the best storytelling. I felt very immersed in the world whilst playing, and pretty much everything that transpired was gripping enough to feel emotion at the time. I also liked how even many of the minor characters that cropped up during the game had an advancement in their own...

FFXIII: Love It or Hate It?

I hated it, for it just didn't feel like an RPG to me. It's an excellent reflection of the current state of gaming compared to past titles - it's all flashy graphics, fast paced action and...little substance.

    Annoying People

I don't tend to get annoyed by people very easily, but then I'm usually quite frigid around those who do and thus they tend to get the message and leave me alone. It's my younger sister that bugs me the most, but then that's just basic sibling rivalry. I bear her no ill will, and hope she feels...

    Bad Customer Service

I worked in retail myself in the past for two years, and it really wasn't my cup of tea. I was always polite, but even that isn't enough when it comes to the more vocal customers who just want to cause trouble for the sake of it. Thankfully, I've never really had much trouble with employees...

    Fleeing battles in RPGs

I very rarely run from battles unless I accidentally encounter something that's way too strong for me to defeat. I'm usually very eager to explore every part of an area I can reach in an RPG, so I tend to indirectly gain a fair few levels above what someone breezing through the game would be at...

    Your reaction to Aerith's death

I'm not ashamed to admit it - I cried. I thankfully had the pleasure of playing the game when it first came out in England, and despite being quite young at the time managed to complete it. It was the game that opened me up to the RPG genre, and I daresay it changed my outlook on gaming in...
