It depends on your definition of evil. For me, as long as you have the conscious effort to make innocent lives more miserable (killing, injuring, etc), then you are evil. So Seymour, Yunalesca and the Maesters are evil to me.

You can use GIMP, a free programme. It has similar functions as photoshop. http://www.gimp.org/ Don't worry it is safe. If you use google images or places such as wikipedia or final fantasy wiki to find images, you most definitely won't get a virus download. Don't be too paranoid about such...
