I dont think so.. I think he was only referring to Strength and possible larger life longevity. I am almost certain that he is not immortal.

Just finished Final Fantasy II for the first time. It was better than I expected but I cannot get myself to play Soul of rebirth.. I had enough of a random encounter for each step :D.

The only and first time I played the game it took me 63 hours but I did atleast half the hunts and was just getting started on some sidequests but then I got bored and eventually I decided to just complete the game and leave completion for the next playthrough.

Well connected or not it doesnt really make much difference, does it? Atleast to me.. its such a small connection that it doesnt affect my perception of the games. But it is fun to have these references nonetheless.
