I absolutely love this movie, but I hate the title. How to Train Your Dragon. It sounds like a nerdy guide that I could see some fantasy nerds making. The movie is awesome though, I just wish it had a better title.
Since we have a favorite anime couples thread, here is one for your least favorite. Can be from anime or manga. And please separate canon from non canon.
Canon:
HaruxRin (Fruits Basket): I can not stand this pairing and I don't understand how anyone can. First of all, Rin comes off pathetic. I...
I watched Hercules last night and I really liked the songs, despite that it was gospel music set in ancient Greek XD
One Last Hope
Zero to Hero
I Won't Say I'm in Love
A Star is Born
My favorite part is "That's Phil's boy!" :)
And Tangled has some very pretty...
I have a stutter. It can be quite a pain especially in school when I had to give oral reports >.< But just something I have to deal with.
I am also a little dyslexic. Though it seems to be worse when I have to write or read outloud. The faster I write or read the more accurate I am. I always...
I would rather walk in and get my food. Too many times I have gone through drive through and have; not been able to understand the person over the intercom, not been able to hear the person over the intercom, or they get my order wrong. At least if I go inside I can check to make sure they got...
Not only that, but when this child attends school which bathroom is it going to use? When do these parents plan on disclosing the gender? And aren't it's brothers going to have a bias with the way they treat it?
I recently came across this on youtube and I'm curious of everyone's opinions.
I didn't think that most of the girls commercials were that bad. She said that boy's commercials ecourage them to build and make things, however, some of the girls commercials in her video had them making snow...
So what if this kid, as a toddler, decides to engage in toddler stripping in public. Then SUPRISE it's a boy/girl! What will the parents do then? And I highly doubt that the two and five year old are going to keep the secret. I can see them whispering to their friends the gender of their sibling...
Life is a little stressed right now, I'm trying to find a job and preparing for a weekend trip to Florida. Also, I have been writing thank you notes for all the wedding gifts I recieved and it is taking AGES!
I wanted to be an artist, then later I wanted to dig up dinosaur bones. That was when I went through my dinosaur phase XD Then I wanted to work at a circus and work with training the tigers and lions.
There are many old movies I like. Night of the Living Dead, Psycho, Chinatown, Casablanca to name a few. I also like many old Disney movies such as Pete's Dragon, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Swiss Family Robinson, the original Parent Trap.
Though I do have to ask, what do you consider old?
Pirates 4. I really liked the movie, maybe even more so than Pirates 2 and 3. I hope they make a part five. I liked Angelica's character better than Elizabeth.
Overall 8/10
I finally saw this movie. And I really liked it, maybe even better than 2 and 3.
I liked Angelica better than Elizabeth Swan. At first I was very worried about her being a love interest for Jack and figured she'd be a Mary Sue, but they did a good job with her character. She also wasn't just...
I downloaded Firefly on Netflix and I'm hooked. I've watched the first six episodes so far. I heard about this show back when it was on TV but never had the time to check it out. Though I see it only has 14 episodes and I'm assuming it got cancled prematurely?
Mega Mind: The trailer totally lied, but I liked the movie. Many parts had me cracking up and I liked the story. It had a great sound track too. I also liked it better than Despicable Me. It did have it's Dreamworks cliches though, like ending the movie with dancing and their pop culture...
Rural areas would be nice and peaceful and you would be surrounded by nature. However, many people get into the "There is nothing to do here!" On the opposite, cities are loud, less friendly but there is plenty to do.
If I got to choose, I'd like to live in a suburban area, close to the city...
