I just got home and have been trying to find an answer on the PSN availability. You can download the game for Vita on PSN but you can't download the PS3 version yet. People are saying it will be on there as it's supposed to be. It might not appear till tomorrow.

Every territory is the same. You get both games with either the PS3 or Vita. As X was a main entry and originally came out for the PS2 I would think the PS3 would be the hardware to play it on but that's just me. Go with your gut.

Just the PS3 version for me on this game. I can understand why people might want the vita version but my 65" 4K TV calls the shots for me.
