I think this sig is really pretty! I just think you need tow work on the lighting a little more. It seems really intense on your render and then kinda dull on the effects on top. It kinda takes away from the 'blending' and looks like he's been slapped in rather than a part of the picture...if u...

I like the colour of v1 better, but without the white :P Its a very good piece, and I think you did a wonderful job of the blending, considering I thought the girl was already in the picture. I really like the text, but I'm not too sure about the sunflower. Also, a little word on the placement...

I voted for 2. The lighting/ colouring is really good in the tag, and I love the splatter brushes and the text. The left side is a tad too bright, but thats a minor criticism. Still the tag is very well done. Good job
