Pretty much all of the eidolon battles in XIII are just frustrating trial-and-error nonsense. I honestly think it's impossible to beat Hecatoncheir on your first try. I've played through the game twice and had to retry him at least two times in both playthroughs.
Chaos in Dissidia is just no...
tl;dr
Haters gonna hate.
In any case, I like the new outfit. It looks cool to me.
Everyone has their favorite FF though so at least try to respect that alot of people do like XIII.
I thinks it's just supposed to appear more... Pulse-like. I dunno. The feathers kind of remind me of the fur sash thing Vanille wore.
In any case, I'm excited for this. I know Snow will be in it in some form. Just a feeling. I just hope Sazh gets some sort of cameo too.
I was always curious about this. I've thought of so many possibilities, but I'll just list two.
Is it to not touch a l'cie? Obviously not since they've touched them before.
Is it some kind of weird Coccoon stretcher? Does a stretcher need to be that big and bulky? Is Sazh just a fatass...
Protector of Facade [Nier]
You just have to beat the Wolf Pack Leader within 3 and a half minutes. It doesn't sound too hard, but, when you consider the fact that the first half of the boss is a huge onslaught of wolves that do a pretty damn good job of avoiding your attacks and magic, it can...
I don't think that would have worked out at all. Instead of Ashe embarking on an epic quest being led by what she thinks is the ghostly visage of her dead husband, it'd be Rasler and Ashe in a castle doing nothing the whole time. Really, what are two politicians going to do in the midst of the...
Ever since 2004's Spider-Man 2, the Spider-Man games have all been large, open world action games with an emphasis on mobility. Though in the last few years I've pined for a Spider-Man game with a heavier focus on the action. One similar to the classic Spider-Man on the original Playstation...
I've had a few very peculiar dreams about zombies, but this one is my persnal favorite since it never really scared me and just ended on a funny note (to me anyway).
Me and my family were holed up in a building in NYC. I remember alot of specifics like the paint job and the layout of the...
I prefer the voice acting mainly because all of the reading can get a little tiring. Plus, I just generally like the actors they pick for each game. There have been a few exceptions of course, but the majority of the actors have been good.
The only two games I've played that fit under the category of "unpopular" (that come to mind anyway) would be Nier and Lunar Knights. Nier was basically destroyed by it's poor critical reception (Cavia even had to close up shop). Meanwhile, Lunar Knights was pretty well received, but I haven't...
It's actually nice to see the overwhelming majority of this forum's members prefer the PS3 as well.
I've pretty much given up on the 360 since Microsoft suspended my account because they had trouble trying to access my credit cards without my permission.
Love it. While the story and soundtrack were a bit weak in comparison to the other FF games I've played, I feel like it's gameplay more than made up for it.
I actually thought this game had the best battle system out of all of the FF games I played. I liked that there was no loading between...
I'd say go with Gabe's method. Lightning, Hope, and Vanille are ideal for taking out Orphan on your first playthrough. After you beat it though, you'll be able to level your characters to the point where you can use just about anybody and do fine.
Still, if you insist on using your current...
I loved it. Enough that I was even willing to play through it twice. Some people despise the battle system, but I enjoyed how it slowly evolves from being a rudimentary button masher to this complex class juggling system with more emphasis on timing than strategy.
The story was nice. Just...
I usually alternate between Kuja and Tidus.
Kuja, mainly because he's my favorite villain. Also, I love hovering about the stage tossing magic attacks from a distance, then closing in with a HP move. My only issue is that the game slows down alot when using him in ad-hoc mode.
I like Tidus...
