As I recall you need "only" 80 dark matters for break damage limit on your weapon. Its a lot of hard work in arena but it can be done, considering the fact that the item is random item after killing monster, good thing is that you will get 2 dark matters almost every time which gives you "only"...

They are both using guns (of course ff-12 characters can use any weapon), but ho is more of a gunner? Who is cooler character? Mystic vincent or "comic" balthier? One thing is for sure, balthier talks way much more :)
