In all honesty, I am trying to get a feel for what Final Fantasy gaming version people are into. My ultimate goal is to see if Final Fantasy (the DS version) would work on a PC. I was looking at parts III, IV, V, VI, and VII on Steampowered.com, and if it's worth buying.

Now, I know there are quite a few versions of Final Fantasy out there, here I am concentrating on Final Fantasy IV, V, and VI - now, most versions are your generic Final Fantasy (SNES, PS, etc), but there is a version wiith improved graphics, sound, mapping, setup, etc - I'm talking about the DS...

In Final Fantasy IV for the 3DS/DS, the player can assign Augments to each character to spice up gameplay. Augments are obtained as the player plays the game. I have a question.. what is the maximum number of Augments the player can give to any given character?
