When you first see Freya in Lindblum, it becomes clear that she and Zidane already know each other. I always wondered in what way they met. Any ideas on the how?

Maybe they hope that FFXIII will do for the PS# what FFVII did for the PSX? or perhaps they are counting on merchandise-sales as well, plus that people will buy the other FFXIII games if they like the main-one. Still, is a lot of money

I was sooooo happy that we didn´t get another love-story at the front. FFVIII's was pretty annoying and then the next two also had important love-stories (though less tedious). It was refreshing that the princess didn't fall for the main-hero here.

Glad it will be Goblez and not Zeromus. Are you sure you didn't see FFII's hero? He looks a bit like Locke. It would really suck if they didn't use Terra or Celes for FFVI. And I don't think they would dare to give us anybody but cloud for FFVII hero :cool:

Lindblum: the people all seem quite laid-back and there are some eccentric people amongst them. There's a theater as well and plenty of travellers. Seems like a fun place.

I assume you mean for the main story? because you talk about filler characters. Then I don't think somebody like Freya or Eiko is filler, since they both have a role in the story-line about Alexandria's aggresion and the summons. If they are filler, then so is Steiner and even Vivi to a certain...

I was blown away. It was very different from the Mario or even RPG's I had been playing. It had a cross-dressing main-character, a dying playable character and an enormous futuristic city in the first disc. So different from what I was used to.
