Marvel Club

ive only read a few marvel comics myself....I only own one though :lol: Phoenix Endsong XD i have been dying to get my hands on the dark phoenix saga but its really expensive -_- *points to siggy* should i put join the marvel club on it? XD

Yeah I guess Scruatator is right the civil war series did need a death of that caliper to happen at least beacuse of it (him getting locked up) to make its mark. Never thought of it that way. Plus they did kill Golith or giant man ummm whats his name?? I thought that would have been enough but it makes since to have someone of Caps caliper go down. I never liked Cap too much but I can't say I am as happy as Garramaster bout it. They will probably screw it up and bring him back to life...Havn't hear of the Black in Black series yet but the Comicon is tommorow. I'll be checking it out. And this news of Hulk is kinda cool. I think he's underated and I'd like to see more of him. I did read/see of pic of the hulk almost barabrian style coming out with something new. I guess this is what Scrutator spoke of.

One of my Fav parts in the Civil war series was seeing the fake Thor get his head smashed in. Man that was sweet!! And Namors army decending at the end too cool. Right now I'm after the M series. Gotta get more. Yeah I guess I'm obsesed:P

Hey Scrutator maybe you could make a new sig?? One like "FFF Marvel Club" then put Garamaster in it somehow. I like his OMFG JOINZ!! sig. If anyone could make a cool one it would be you.:cool:

The black in back thing is just Spidey using the black suit but it isn't the Venom symbiote he's using this time, if you look at all the Spider-Man titles on release now you'll see that he's changed back.

The World War Hulk story is the follow-up to the Planet Hulk story where he was launched into space for being too dangerous and crashed landed on an alien planet where Gladiator style he eventually conquered. WWH is basically him coming back with an invasion force to Earth to get back at those who got rid of him in the first place, Iron Man, Black Bolt, Mr. Fantastic and Prof X are the only ones I can think of at the top of my head atm but it has the potential to be one hell of an event.

Oh I see so after he dumpes the symbiote outfit then goes back to wearing a black one agian like in the original series.. Cool. I gotta get that Hulk one now more than ever.

well, fo the banner, I made one that I liked alot, but it wasn't in a format that was able to be put on Imageshack, so I'll make it again and post it.

But the banners ok.

I like how it says Marvel Club, I can't say I was able to make the Marvel sign very well. If you could send me that part of it, it would be great.
 
O.k. so I found out to my suprise Reed and Invisagirl have left Fantastic Four!! They have apparently left the FF to work on there marriage.? And guess who took there place??.... Storm and the Black Panther. Man this will be interesting, especially since I think Sue was the Fantastic Fours strongest member. I can only imagine what DR. Von Doom will do now.

And in other news they have already made a new game for Spiderman (in all black outfit) based on the up coming movie. I think its gonna be a PS3 exclusive. But I havn't done my homework on it yet. I think my spiderman #252's value is about to sky rocket. For those that don't know its the first apperance of spidey's black outfit. I have three of them in mint cond. but I don't think I can let them go. Then again everyone has a price right??:P
 
3 of them?! MINT CONDITION?! don't you read them? That's what I don't get about comic collectors, they buy them, never read them, and keep them perfect, just for show. I say, if ya have them, read them.

I have alot of comics and I have read all of them. They don't make it to the box before being cataloged and read. On special issues I try to get three of them...2 usually for sale if they get hot and keep/read one.



Oh yeah and about the Spiderman 3 "Webslinger Returns" game.. It will be for the PS3, Xbox360, Wii, PS2, PSP, Nintendo DS, GB advance, and P.C.!!!:O so every system just about imaginable will have it. To be released May 4th. You will have the choice of regular outfit and Black one. All new combat engine. The black outfit offers different moves and rage mode. There will be the regular Sandman, Venom, ect.. But what's really cool is in the PS3 collectors edition there will be the NEW goblin as a playable character!! He looks really cool.

I know Im new to the forum but I'd love to join. Im a huge x-men fan and I read all kinds of other marvel comics whenever I can get them for cheap. My favourite X-men are probably Colossus and Kitty Pride (She's the heart and soul of every team she's in).

For anyone who wants to get into the x-men or any other marvel character the essential books are great! Theyre in black and white but are about the size of phone books and collect loads of old issues into chronological order.
 
I am a marvel fan, I enjoy there stuff. The X-Men would have to be my favorite faction from marvel by far. Go Magneto!
 
Marvel rules.

Hulk is coming back to lay the smackdown on Iron Man. 'bout time too considering all the evil crap Tony has been doing for countless issues now.
