Nintendo Super Smash Brothers Brawl

Personally, I like the snapshot that depicts Charizard dual-wielding the beamsword. Lookin' pretty badass, fo sho.

Yeah. :P I should probably take snapshots of a larger variety of characters than 2. >.>

Right now, I'm just staying on the computer more, spending a good amount of time in the RPG, getting ready for Tuesday. ^_^

Anyways, there are some old snapshots I had before I got those files put on it for getting the Homebrew Channel onto the Wii, and being able to use codes, but this wiped any Brawl Content from being viewable in Brawl...

However, I may at least be able to access the files through inserting it in the hard drive and going to them outside of Brawl's Vault, so I may be putting up those several more snapshots pretty soon too, though some of them are kind of boring. <_<

I Have 2 Things to ask people about this Game

No.1 - Does anyone here think Sonic is a cheap character??? i use him all the time and all my mates think he's a cheap character cause he somehow breaks the Smash ball quickly (he somehow does when i use him) and his final Smash is too over powered

No.2 is this thing about Lucarios special ability true??? the ability is that like on the pokemon game he's from the more damage he has the more damage he gives, Smash Bros Dojo says so (the official website) but i haven't noticed any increase in damage giving when playing

I do not think Sonic is a "cheap" character. Even if I did, I wouldn't because of the reasons you mentioned. There are plenty of other characters that have better Final Smashes, in my opinion. At least you have a chance of dodging Sonic's. Many of 'em are impossible to avoid.

Lucario definitely deals more damage when he's fighting at a high damage percentage. A good way to gauge his power is by looking at the size of the energy ball he can charge up. The technique is considerably more powerful when he's taken a lot of damage.
 
Up to 200% can increase lucario's damage, and he'll double the output damage per hundred percent, also his aura shots increase in size depending on damage too.

And yes sonic is cheap, he's Brawl's answer to melee's fox in that, he is a tourney fags favorite character.
 
Sonic is not a cheap character. His speed can be annoying but he's not that great a character tbh.

I do agree that his Final Smash does last for a tad too long for me personally, it's the one that annoys me the most along with Yoshi's and the Fox 'N' Clones. It could be I've just have bad experiences with them all at one point or another (and I really have) but I do feel that they shouldn't last as long as they do.
 
Well I just played this game at my mates house and I can honestly say that I FUKKIN love it! He only hired it, so we spent time playing the story mode. We got about a third of the way through I think. So far my favorite character is Meta Knight.
 
A third through it, so you probably haven't gotten to Lucario yet. >.> I think you'll find him to be fun to use too, he has a good moveset so imo he is easy to just start using and do pretty well with.

I got decent with him in no time, and now I'm really good with him (now that I have almost 700 hours of Power Time. XD). ^_^ Charizard is my main though, Lucario is my secondary.

You say you got about a third through SSE (Subspace Emissary), then you probably would have had the opportunity to use Charizard. If you did, what do you think of the character? He is an excellent boss slayer, just use his side special (Rock Smash), and you'll see what I mean. :wink:
 
I only got a chance to use Charizard once and I found him quite useful, but I hardly got a chance to unleash his 'full power' so to speak. If I recall correctly we got up to a part where we just beat some boss with Charizard and Lucas (it was the same boss that we beat earlier with Marth, Meta Knight and Ike)

. The one thing I loved about that battle, was how short it was, it was the first chance I got to use Charizard in Adventure Mode, I was itching to get the chance, then just all out against the boss and made it look as easy to beat as a Goomba. XD

I personally don't have a Wii but I'm getting one for christmas and I plan on getting smash bros. My favorite character would be fox because he has always been my favorite ever since the first smash bros. Overall this game is pretty cool.
 
It's been a while. I believe that I posted here before. XD

Anyways, I've been playing this game a lot lately. Mostly online. Tis rather fun. <3

I started using King Dedede more. He seems like a better version of Kirby to me but I still love Kirby. Most of the time I play as Peach or Kirby. For the lulz, I pick Captain Falcon. I make sure to choose his white and pink outfit. His final smash move is terrible though. D:

I suggest you guys play against Lurid (Saix). He loves loosing.:gmonster:Hohoho.
 
So seeing this thread inspired me to start playing again. I was doing really well offline using different people against lvl9 bots, but when I went online the only character I could with with was Game and Watch, but that would have to be because of the lag because it was so bad today. worse than I remember when I first got the game.
 
I love Super Smash Brothers games in general. A friend of mine got a Wii for his birthday and bought this game... so Busta and I would go over to his place frequently to play this game. I felt bad though... the kid was terrible. But Busta was decent... anyhow, I loved playing as Pit from the Kid Icarus game. His attacks are awesome and he's fast enough to school almost anyone you're fighting against. It's such a fun game... I just wish the controllers didn't suck.
 
well you could always play with the gamecube controler. I know a good amount of people do that. whenever I have people over to play there is always at least one person on the gamecube controler, but I like using the wiimote better
 
I tried out Brawl at my local GameStop and I hated it. There are too many details! I normally use a wide variety of characters but the only one I could use in the end were the Ice Climbers because of how awkward the contros were. And the one thing I don't get; SHEIK HAS BRAIDS?!?!?! The HRC is also strange: the sliders that boost your distance really take the point out of the HRC. I also noticed how Ganondorf's Up+A attack is less powerful that his Melee attack.
 
i own super smash brothers melee and i enjoyed that

and ive been waiting ages for a new one, now i just have to buy one, my friend has it and says its really good.

thing is my friends nd family forbid me from buying new games so close to christmas in case i buy one ive got as a pressie
