You dont get Save the Queen at all, only Beatrix can use that sword.

You can possess it in your inventory; but you can't use it. You synthesise it, pointlessly, with Hades - but I believe the Hammer is required. Ergo, you can't see both secret endings at the same time.

I think you do get another scene with Beatrix, not Save the Queen

You need to synthesize to get Save The Queen, but the hammer is not an ingredient. The Hammer, though, IS an ingredient to get an item called Tin Armour. So you CAN get both.
