Using dissidia as proof that he's still feminine doesn't mean anything though...
I don't think square would alter his appearance in a new game. All of FFIX's characters were either chibi, feminine, or both. Changing his chibi feminine appearance for Dissidia would ruin his appeal.
But like I said...if Kuja were more realistic (though I doubt they would ever alter his in game looks), he wouldn't seem quite so "girly". I mean come on...even IRL, when you see a guy dressed in drag, it's still blatantly obvious that he's a male...

		 they're normal sized in dissidia FF right? I saw a screenshot of him and he's not that muscular. still very feminine. even Zidane seemed to have no figure but he looked more like a guy.
