Help Not Able To Play Final Fantasy Game!

Hello everyone, I am not able to play Final Fantasy XIV on my Windows 10 PC. I recently downloaded this game, but it is not launching at all. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to fix this? Any kind of advice would be highly appreciated.

Current setup:
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 3400G
RAM - Corsair Vengeance DDR4 8GB*2 3200MHz
Storage - SSD WD 240GB
HDD - Barracuda 1TB
GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1650 Super
Motherboard - MSI B450 Tomahawk Max

Your PC sounds good for FF XIV, since the Endwalker update they have some big connexion issues, too many players.
Do you have the paid version of the free plan ?

Could be why your game is behaving the way it does.

Let us know if that doesn’t apply to you, perhaps we might be able to ask some of our members if they’ve had similar experiences.
