Ive just gone through the Calm Lands , up Gagazet and been faced with Seymour .... evil man killed all the Ronso ( Ive played this alot of times so hes killed them repeatedly now the big bully!! :P ) But this was a first for me, The battle starts, I threw out the Hastega with Tidus and Yuna's turn was next ! Off she goes with a summon, I picked Yojimbo for the first one. Out he pops and without me paying him he Zanmato'd Seymours ass to the floor , litterally. it was a 10 second battle. I love it when the Aeons are keen to help :P
 
lol you have a large relation ship with him then
i usually pay 1 mil for him to use it
 
It seems I have but I dont see how ... not that Im complaining, but I only just got him lol, I think he must have known that I got the crap beaten out of me when I tried 2 hours ago lol
 
lol but there is a realtion ship thing in the game with him
oh and bosses do have a zanmato defence capability (penance has lv 4-5 i think )
at lv 5 it is very hard to use zanmato
 
So there is a relationship factor with Yojimbo?
 
yeah (i cant remember the number stats though)
zanmato=goes up alot
wakizashi=goes up a little
knife attack (cant remember name)=stays the same
diagoro=goes down
dismiss=goes down alot
dont pay him anything=goes down
 
So the more money you give him, the more he should like you, right? lol.

I liked the relationship factor with the girls in FFX ^_^
 
lol but the best one is in ff7 where if you get a relationship with barret you can date him lol
 
Hahaha I never got to see that one before...because you always have to have a girl in your party in disc one, and its hard to be mean to them. ^_^

Ive just killed the next boss now , spent a bit of time running round killing small things - as you do lol - Bahamut this time, over kill with Grand Summon & Mega Flare ... 22,000+ first hit then 31,000 with second. I have to say I am really really loving this game at the moment !!
 
Yeah Congats on the insta-kill. I have yet to see him use Zanmato for me after close to 5 years of playing this game... >_<
 
ok dark fantasy
against dark magus sisters have luck over 120 and hp over 30000
then have tidus start off with blitz ace on MINDY
then get another person use entrust on tidus
then use blitz ace on mindy
(also attack mindy when you have the chance)
wakkas attack reels work well
after you beat mindy it becomes easy since they cant use delta attack
 
you are lucky cause i must have payed him over 100000 gil and he still dosnt do zanmato that often :(
 
It also matters how many times he has died in battle if you only use him as a sacrifice during tougher battles. I know during my battle with Nemesis I would summon Yojimbo to take my first hit and avoid all my characters getting ass-raped right away. Hence, Yojimbo hates me and will never do Zanmato again.
