- No inappropriate content: Mature content is allowed, the same applies for yaoi and yuri. However, inappropriate sexual content with explicit details is strictly forbidden. If you are found to be posting something with inappropriate sexual content your post will be deleted immediately and further action may be taken.
- Swearing is allowed to an extent: you can use language to a certain extent. Anything beyond the "F" word is unacceptable, you may receive a warning and further action will be taken.
- Spam in this section is not allowed: there's a section dedicated to Spam on this forum, use that if you're not serious about posting actual work.
- No plagiarism: If you copy from published or non-published work, your thread will be immediately closed and will be shortly contacted thereafter for proof that you have not copied from someone else. If you post another story and plagiarise again, then you will be warned and your thread will be closed. This will mostly point towards Original Works. However, it will still happen if you copy someone else's fan fiction.
- Creating Writing of the Month: Interested in joining a competition with specific themes? This is where you go.
- Writer's Boulevard: General threads such as questions, critique, writing guides and anything else that involves the general concept of literature.
- Fan Fiction: All types of Fan Fiction that involves your favourite book, video game, movie, TV show and so on. The ideas may still be your own, but the characters and other aspects are those that have already been created by someone else.
- Original Works: They must have no relation to anything previously created (this is going against copyright laws). These kinds of threads are the ones that you make up! These can be original stories.
- Prose & Poetry: All prose and petry belongs in this section. Song lyrics may also be included here.
