So my friend was sending me differant pictures, and upon seeing this girl I renderd her and got to work. Decided to post it here to see what you all think.

Rate and critique(sp?) and from there I will go back and edit it some possibly.

Remade to be more colorful. Also redid boarders and moved text slightly.
Still taking critisim and ideas.
EDIT: Looked at it today. Seems the colors in the first make it too drab and colorless(being primarly a light blue). The second ones background seems interesting but the girl seems to contrast too much in my opinion, but when she matches the color it seems too drab to me. Any ideas on what I can do?
