you can get some by a shinryu in the monster arena in origanal creations you get you get twofor everyone you defeat

It's not really necessary to obtain it, so don't stress over it.

You can get 30 Wings of Discovery if you complete the Chocobo race under Remiem Temple with 3 chests open, providing you still win =)
