Villain?
Neo-exdeath. No competition here. Someone who was about to destroy all dimensions, existance...the only way to explain his defeat is PIS.
Hero?
Cloud. Mach 300+ speed, city-busting drability(his bahamutSIN feat), hill size busting slashes, stamina and skill to fight sephiroth for 10+ hours, broken magic, and a willpower so strong that it shits on planetary forces like holy and the planet it`self.
Overall: Neo-exdeath by far.
