Which Final Fantasy character can you relate to the most?

In my perspective, Final Fantasy games include many characters that usually have interesting backgrounds and deep personalities. Most characters are unique in their own way and lead a different life than others. While you were playing any of the Final Fantasy games, did you ever relate to any of the characters? Did any of them ever remind you of yourself or maybe someone else? If so, please explain who the character was and why you can relate to that character.

For now, none of the characters remind me of myself. However Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy VII reminds me of someone who was very close to me. He had a shocking resemblence in appearance. We called him Jay and he possessed much of the same qualities as Cloud. He had that same arrogant attitude, seemed a little lost at times, but always seemed tough and cool on the surface.

Yeah, there was actually one character that really I related to, and his story really made me sad because it hit close to home.
but it was from Kingdom Hearts

when he says to Xion "you both think you can do whatever you want"
something just wrenched at my heart. He lost his two best friends in the world, and they didn't seem to care for him as much as he did for them, and that SUCKS! lemme tell you. (not that they didnt care, but not as much as Axel did in my opinion)

for Final Fantasy nobody comes to mind right away..... :/
