Where is the 'Special Charter Area'?

What is the special charter area called on the henne mines map? and where is the hidden stash?

well you gotta do all the garif hunts first then talk to one of them to open the path to zodiark in henne mines
then when you go in henne mines new areas become available
the stash is all over the place (mostly in the phase digs)

So, ur saying that i have to find a treasure chest (anywhere) in the phases? ... That's weird, cuz other sites say ' the special charter area '.. so what is the deal with tat?

The Special Character Area Dig is where the Esper Zodiark is. It's where you have to make a full loop around the newly accessed Henne Minees area and you can only reach the area one way at first. After you defeat and obtain Zodiark, then you can go in and out of it freely.

The treasure chests are scattered throughout the mines but there is only one in particular that holds the coveted 2nd Zodiac Spear. Another treasure chest even deeper in holds a Ribbon if you are lucky enough. Both have very rare appearance rates.
