I talked to little guy in Clan Centurio Hall (not Montblanc, but the one next to Kjrn) and he tells me that Ixion is at Pharos at Ridorana. I searched whole tower for the Mark and hes nowhere. Can you guy/girls tell me where is Ixion in that tower?

usually it helps if you include the game into your post...
When you enter the Pharos at Ridorana, take the lift up to Penumbra, Umbra, or Abyssal and keep on going in circles and eventually Ixion will pop up. I went to Penumbra and Umbra and Ixion wasn't there, but he was at Abyssal ( i guess the harder the place, the higher the chance he comes out? )

I found him in the Penumbra subterra level. If you keep going around in circles and nothing shows up, then stay on that level, he'll show up soon.

You'll know you are getting close because no other enemies will be out when Ixion is about to show up. he can show up in either the outside circle area, OR in the off-branch rooms. Your best bet though is to fight him in the outside cirlceular area though because it cuts his HP in half right from the start (150,000HP opposed to 300,000 HP).
