Where does the dream zanarkand exsist

It possible I mean when you are pulled into Sin at the beginning of the game you can see Z but it might just be for looks and isn't real.
I cannot stress this enough. DZ does NOT exist inside of Sin. If it did, then all of DZ would have been in Spira. Sin arrived outside of DZ and took Tidus to Spira. DZ is said to exist above the water that flows around Spira. I believe I read this on another forum, I'm not sure where. The reason behind why you see Zanarkand inside of Sin boils down to Jecht. The reason why you see Zanarkand when you're taken by Sin is because Tidus is still in DZ. He is dragged by Sin to Spira from DZ.
yeah i would have to agree with tidus Girl, hell she is the one who convinced me... anyway DZ is really as its name says, its just a dream and jecht and Tidus came into being as they came in contact with sin though it doesn't really explain the part about his mom being in the farplane does it
well it's as Rikku said, you really aren't seeing the dead, just your memories of them. They pyreflies react to your feelings and bring the image of the person in front of you. So really he wasn't seeing his mom, just his memories of her

Something to think about the fayth dreamt them and DZ up, do you think that maybe DZ and all the people inside it only exist in the fayths heads. DZ is just memory"s of the the real survivors of Zanarkand. Dz lied only inside the fayths heads or in their dreams. It never existed anywere.^^
You don't fully agree with me about what? You can even talk to Machean and he tells you the exact same thing. So what is there not to agree with me about when that is all fact and true stuff from the game itself?
It's quite self-explanitory. DREAM Zanarkand exists as a DREAM. It does not stay inside Sin. It is IN Zanarkand, in the dreams that the Fayth have created.

Well the answer has been given, the DZ is really as its name says, its a Dream, not the real. Tidus only became real when he came into Spira through Sin, so did Jecht, though the how is still confusing
Will the theory me and TG have is that Yu Yevon was trying to stop Jecht or Tidus from going to real world cause they are the ones that could defeat

well the fact in the game says DZ was indeed just a dream,,, but for me,, im having doubts..geeeshh this makes me more confused,... well i had in my mind a lot of stuffs which is not really helpful,,but i want to share it anyway,, i remember when there was a explanation about the river of energy flowing from the sleeping fayth's,,, they said they were summoning something,, and it was DZ ryt, maybe in spira a dream can be transformed in a way of summoning,, and jecht&tidus can be a summon themselves

well the power of the faith were going to sustain the DZ and keep it in a sense real to those in the Dream, that didn't really make any sense did, well Dream Zanarkand is just a dream and dreams are just dreams nothing else
