I mean just those words
They play sometimes like when showing a cutscene of Ultimecia possessing Rinoa...

You can probably use a music program such as Garageband and cut down to the part you want.
 
If you have an iPod, then you can find all sorts of FF music on the iTunes store... There's a good chance you'll find it there.
 
I think he means he wants the vocal track of the MIDI song? You know, JUST the Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec by itself without instruments. I would like to have this too ya know. That would be pwnsome!
