Whats Your Favourite Console Youve Owned

I'm going with the Nintendo 64. The console itself is reliable--it doesn't malfunction like the Xbox 360 (currently, my second favorite console) is likely to do. The controller, though a tad awkward in design, proved to work great with each and every game I played.

Some of my all-time favorite games are supported by the Nintendo 64.

-The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
-Super Smash Bros
-Banjo-Kazooie
-Perfect Dark
-Mario Kart 64
-Conker's Bad Fur Day
-The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask

At the time, there was nothing better if you were looking for a console that supported games with great multiplayer. Such games also contained terrific single player campaigns as well.

Of course, the console can't compete with juggernauts such as the Playstation III and Xbox 360, but I'll always consider it my favorite.

Voted for the N64 for basically the same reasons as above. The N64 was Godly and had so many genuine genre defining games that really still set the benchmark today. I would personally add WWF No Mercy and Paper Mario to that list as well.
