Alright, awhile back us administrators put up new rules regarding the name changes so we would have less username changes as we were all growing very confused as to whom everyone was. Now here recently there have been so many name changes it's driving us a little crazy. There have been way too many themes, names only being kept for a few days and changing to something else and we feel it's time it stopped. We are going to be enforcing new rules regarding the username change themes. Way too many of these have been popping up within just the past month and it's just a tad stressful for us admins. These are the new rules:
1. From now on themes will only be done once every two months. That means the next theme will start August 1st and you won't be able to do another theme until October 1st, so on and so forth.
2. Themes will last for two weeks/14 days. This means if you decide you want to go back to your old username after only a few days or a week you will not be allowed to until after the theme is over.
3. When we do the themes, we will only do the changes on the day the theme starts. Not the next day or the day after or five days later. If you miss out on getting your name changed the day the theme starts, well I'm sorry. You'll have to wait until next time.
4. After a theme is over you will only and only go back to your old username. There will be no changing to something new after the theme is over.
Please understand we're not doing this to upset anyone, we're doing this avoid all the confusion of who people are that's been going on as of late. Also please stop posting in the username change thread. If you want to change your username, you will wait until your alotted time is up according to your usergroup. Underneath there is an option to Edit Email & Password. If it's time for you to have a username change it will say Edit Email, Password & Username. If not then it is not time for you to change, and please do not bug us to do it. If it has gone past your time to change your username and you are still having problems changing then let one of us (myself, Mitsuki or BustaMo) know and we will change your name for you.
