I saw something called Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales for DS on the Gamespot release date list for 4/3/07. I don't know anything about it, though.

well there is a Chocobo game that is coming out for the DS and good thing i already did bought a DS like last year as im buying Chocobo Tales for the DS when it comes out
