Overdrives, Limit Breaks, Trances, etc...

Out of all the Final Fantasy games you've played, what is the coolest Overdrive, Limit Break, Trance, etc..., you've seen?

Mine personally is Ifrit's from FFX; Hellfire. I saw his first move and my jaw dropped, I was like "Whoa! Awesome move!" But then he wasn't even done! He still had to do about 2 more things in his sequence before his Overdrive was complete!

Ifrit's Hellfire kicked ass!

What's your favorite?
 
Great Gospel from VII. Invincibility is always nice when you go up against a boss when your characters aren't leveled up enough to actually win.

Zidane's solution #9 was pretty cool too. Too bad the trance system pretty much sucked since they didn't carry over if you didn't use them in battle.
 
i loved animas oblivion cause he pummells the hell outta whoever you are fighting :)
 
I really like rough divide and Lionheart and Zidanes dyne skills were cool and i loved the diamond dust in FFX *clicks fingers* ^_^
 
Knights of the Round is always great, I remember when i first saw it I flipped, I was like 10 and it was the greatest thing i had scene in a video game
 
the linit break at the end when u fight sephie (sephiroth vs cloud0 that final move i dont remember its name

FFVII

Great Gospel - Casts invincibility and fully heals your party - what isnt there to love about it? plus Aeris pulls it off so Gracefully.

Omni-slash - Cloud. A Sword. 15 times. what else can i say?

FFX

Lulu - Fury was awesome - saved my ass a few times too ^_^
Shiva - one word - *Click*
Magus Sisters - Shiny :drool:

I dont have any i like from any other games as FF1-5 didnt have limit breaks - I never saw any of the limit breaks that were in VI.

I hate VIII with a passion and IXs trance system was retarded.

And thats my analysis of FF limit breaks throughout the ages :lol:
 
I like using the following:

FFVI:
Sabin's 2 best blitz:
Spiraler- although it would heal everyone in the party, it'll kill Sabin.
Bum Rush - Basically THE best Blitz in the game.
Edgar's Tools:
Autocrossbow - basically a lifesaver
Chainsaw - tons of damage, as well as the chance for an instant kill!!

FFVIII:
Squall's Lionheart
Zell's combinations
Irvine's shooting Limit attack
 
I really liked some of the ones in FFVIII (especially Squall's) - in FFIX I know that Trance could be infuriating in the way you had no control as to when it happened all too often. But in a way the randomness of how useful it could be was something I enjoyed (well sometimes anyway XD).
