Ultimate Weapons?

How do i get each characters ultimate weapons??? I think ive already got Vivis - the mace of zeus right?? so where would i get ZIdanes Daggers and Steiners?

Zidane's, you go to where the shimmering island used to be on a Gold Chocobo, and use a dead pepper.

Steiner's, for Excalibur, you need to buy the Magical Fingertip from Treno Auction House, and give it to the old man in Daguerro. Either that, or reach the Terrace in Memoria within 12 hours of starting the game to get the Excalibur 2.

Dagger's... I'm sorry, I really can't remember.

Lets see...The utimate weapons I know of are as such:

Zidane - Ultima Weapon (underwater chocobo search in the remains of the Shimmering Island)

Steiner - Excalibur 2/Ragnarok (depending on how fast you play the game; if you get to the Lich area and beat him in less than 12 hours, which is really challenging, needless to say, Excalibur II would be on the...left pillar of the entrance into space I believe; to get Ragnarok, I think you do an underwater Chocobo search...around the north-eastern side of the Outer Continent)

Freya - The Dragon's Hair (you find it on one of the right pillars in the first stage of Memoria)

Vivi - Mace of Zeus (you find it after climbing the first ladder, the tall one, into the Lick battle, you find it on the left corner of the platform)

Eiko - not sure really...but I think it's a flute

Garnet - Whale Whisker I believe (you find it in the Chocobo underwater search after jumping from Quan's Dwelling out to sea)

The Angel Flute, iirc. And you can find it in Memoria, in the Alexandria screen.

Is the Ragnarok stronger than the Excalibur?

Yeah, the Ragnarok is stronger (slightly) than the Excalibur, but the Excalibur teaches mad skills. But once you've learned those skills, though, you should equip the Rag. It's mad strength. Of course, the Excalibur II is the strongest sword in the game.

Are you sure it was the Angel Flute? Thatw as my first thought, but then I thought, "No, that's not the one I got in Memoria." My bad I guess.

I belive that dagger and eiko share an ultimate weapon in terms of atack strenght: tiger racket. Quina's is Gastro fork, which you get from Quale, the second strongest enemy in the game.

wow....I knew about excaliber and E2 but, now that I think about it....the only ultimate weapon I ever got was the ultima weapon.... oh, and the tiger racket may have better attack power, but that isn't their ultimate weapon, their ultimates give better magic power, and that is, effectively, what you should want for them because they ARE mainly spellcasters.

and, how do you fight Quale, I could never do anything with this....

Freya's ultimate weapon; Dragon's Hair is actually found on the Forgotten Continent, near Oilvert; look carefully it's not easy to find. It's inside a crack that you'll have to use a dead pepper on.
