There is no 'Ultima Weapon'. Theres the best weapon for each weapon class, though. What class do you want?
to get zodiac spear you must not touch certain chest in the game then go to Necrohol of nabudis and open a chest there
or go to henne mines and there is a chest which has 1/1000 chance f it being the ZS
To get tounesol you must get certain amounts of certain items then buy it in bazzar
it probably the hardest to get

Actually I think he's referring to the Greatsword: Ultima Blade (might be wrong)
To get it you must sell to Bazaar: 2 Adamantite 2 Death Powder and 1 Gnoma Halycon

There is an Ultima weapon, you can get it in the pharos at ridorana, in the sub levels, I dun remember quite well the name, but I think is the second one, and you must NOT equip the diamond armlet ( the one that increases the chances to get cool stuff in chests )

Okay there is ultima blade but recommend finding it in the subterra cause making it takes too long

Yeah - you can be assured it will take ages, and be very hard.
I'd recommend going for the the Pharos Subterra method the others mentioned. I don't know anything about that though.
