It's Penny Arcade, do I need to explain it?
Applegeeks

Bit slower paced than it used to but Hawk is an amazing artist, prefer the Lite comic they're doing the now more.
Megatokyo

Like AG it's really slow paced with a story that hasn't really developed for years but Fred's art again is worth a look.
Duelling Analogs

A relative newcomer compared to most on the list and his humour is a bit hit/miss but still one of my faves, if only because of the rejected Megaman vilian strips.
Machall

Sadly Ian and Matt stopped this last year but still one of the the best I've seen both art and writing wise, they've started a new comic since then but the humour and writing have taken a new direction which isn't as good.
Gone With the Blastwave

Another one I've descovered recently, based on Red Vs. Blue games with some lovely artwork.
Little Gamers

Looks like South Park and at times just as funny.
