Tidus costume

Could anyone suggest where to find/make a Tidus costume for Halloween?

I can't afford much and thought maybe someone has a Tidus costume that they could lend.

Currently, reside at Salt Lake City, UTAH.


Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm 5' 7", light to almost dark brown skin tone, and have a soccer athlete build.
