I need that thing for a hunt, I know I need to go to the otehr side where Dantro's wife is... only when I talk to her she says there might be trouble on the northern side.. and when I talk to that lil boy he says I can't use the ferry yet.
What can I do? :P
 
Oh OH OH OH...i did this just last night...wierd.

OK, you have to talk to the boy and he will say he is going over to the other side. The Elder tells you to go with him....so Vaan does. You find his father on the other side being held hostage by suicidal Cactuars that like to dance. He tells you that they are looking for their son(prolly the one you ran a sword through). Go back to the other shore and talk to Dantro's Wife, she says that she tossed the flower behind her house...go to the flower to see Dantro? pop up and clikc on it. And OUT POPS THAT little cactoid dude. Lead him back to the ferry and take him to the other side and to his mother and then watch them all dance away...you get your reward...you go back to the other side...good job. Need any other help about the Dantro's wife thing just ask here.
 
^after what he said you have to do things to heal a adventurer
You must find valeblossem dew,shells and something else.
After you give them to her, exit and return and the adventurer will give you barheim key
 
Theres also a deathbringer sword if you are early int he game otherwise it'll be weak

I got it when barheim passage was first available and the deathbringer was helpful
