Has anyone else seen this crazy, Japanese surrealist film from the 80's?

I just saw it a few hours ago, and I really really enoyed it. I'm not sure what it all meant...all I know is that there were quite a few dipictions of male genitals, and I'm pretty sure there were a few homosexual references. I really like it, I thought it was even better then Un Chein Andalou (surrealist film by Salvador Dali).

It was directed by Shinya Tsukamoto, the guy who played the body building cop in Ichi the Killer.

Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone here had any idea of what it might all mean?

I watched this last year with my friend. I didnt love it but I didnt think it was bad. However, my friend fell in love with it. Especially the "drill sex" scene. And yes, that is the only way I can describe it
