Switching members

I am on disc 3, right before switching to 4 and my party members are Rinoa and Zell. I seem to be unable to switch members. I need Quistis in my party to complete the "Vase quest" and to level before going beyond the point of no return.
Any suggestions?

Can't you just go to the Ragnorak and change the members that way? =/
