Stuck on Tactics!

I'm having trouble beating Gaffgarion or w/e his name is after getting Agrias back. Could someone tell me what level I should be at and what jobs/abilities I should have in this scenerio?

Is that the fight behind the gate? If you want to get away from him (i.e. cut him off from the rest of your team by keeping him behind the gate), it might be a good idea to have Teleport, but you'll still have to keep your distance from the gate as his Dark Sword can still go quite a distance...*shrugs*...It shouldn't be that hard at that point though...Make sure to take care of the Summoner as they can be a pain sometimes...I always over-level in Tactics though...

Oh, it might also be a good idea to equip that Blood Sword you stole from his inventory before he left your party earlier since his Dark Sword is going to be stealing HP from you, you might as well return the favor...just an idea though...
