Rules: Animation and transparency are allowed. Must fit within forum rules and sig limits, etc....
Additonal Rules : This week each sig must be a collaboration project, meaning 2 people must work on it. If you need to find someone to collaborate with, please ask in the SOTW discussions thread. You can ONLY collaborate with one person, try to enter more than one sig and you will be disqualified.
