Oops I forgot to make an entry this week o.0
Good entries this week. 4 gets my vote. It has nice colours and use of C4Ds, and I'm a sucker for blurring.
I'll give my opinions on the others:
1 - Nice but lacking in appeal to me. The reason for this is because I just think it's a bit monotone, and personally I don't like scanlines at all.
2 - Again looks great, but for me it just doesn't deserve my vote, especially when I compare it to 4. If you made the splatter yourself then really congrats cause it's really nice, but if it's just a brush of the web, then I can hardly give you the credit for it.
3 - I gotta say this is the only one I don't like. Sorry. I find it looks slightly odd, because the stock you used is kind of 3d - they are standing on a roof. Then the background on it is flat, so it looks odd on the left, where there is a corner.
5 - This again looks nice, but my problem with this one is "seen it all before, a little too many times". Sorry, but this looks exactly like some of your previous tags. Also, I just like 4 better
Yeah that's my opinions on all of them. If I have criticized don't take it too seriously, it's just my opinion.

Well to the question yes and no. I used a variety of splatters some where mine some weren't. That was a good guess by the way.

Its not just my vote , I showed all 5 entries and asked my girl friend too , and she was agree on number two.
But she said if she had to vote she would vote mine ..P
They arent stood on a roof, they are stood on a bridge and personally I like this one. I liked the brushes I used and the image. But pft, thats your opinion.
Im choosing 4 as I like the colours, font, burshes and image used.
I like 5 & 1. I am going to have a hard time chosing. =/. I will go with 5.
