First off, before I even say anything about the graphix themselves, the first is waaaaaaaaaaaay to big to be used as a sig or entered in a SOTW. Maximum size is 500x300 and file size has to be 300kb or less.

I'm assuming the second is a banner to a website of some kind? If it is the size is fine, but text doesn't go with the banner at all :/ It's over sharpened and looks like it was just slapped on at the last minute. The stocks need to be blended better as well. I like the 'bubbly' effect though on it. Looks pretty cool.
