I'd be carefull with what colours you use in your signatures. Green and red.. I dunno. I'm also still finding my balance on colours that go well together, 'cause I just always mess what I think looks nice, while it actually really clashes.
Text wise. The best advice I can give you is to clean your text up alot. The text in the second sig looks a bit messy, and I'm not sure what the first one says. Try using fonts that go well together when using two liners, instead of sticking with the same font. It's best to look for that "click" font wise.
dafont has alot of nice downloadable clean fonts, you should take a look there.
Also, be carefull with your borders. My adive would be, place the border when the whole sig is done. So that the complete image is tucked in it, and not partially laying over the border.
firstly, the background thing didn't look good on any other color and I was not going to get a new stock. the text , I know it's difficult to read the first one, and the second one I intended to have the font grungey, and I did download both of those fonts from dafont, thanks for the reccomendation though. the border thing, I meant to have those layers on top, I like doing that to add a more 3d effect.
I use Photoshop CS3, and thanks for the advice anyways (although most of the things you told me to fix I did purposefully XD)
