I have to say this game is freaking sweet. And I'm not even a skater fan myself. The graphics are phenomenal and the gameplay is just plain addictive. Granted, the controls are pretty complex, much more so than the Tony Hawk line of skating games, but still....awesome game.

Anyone heard of it? Have the game? Or played the demo?

I played the demo. It's a much more realistic game than the Tony Hawk ones. You're not gonna have 10 seconds of air time to string a thousand tricks together.

Random observations:

The graphics are impressive.

The camera angle is bothersome to me. Perhaps it's adjustable.

Yeah, I suppose it is in the actual game, but I'm quite fine with the angles for the most part.

I'd imagine I would have gotten used to the camera angle if I played enough of the game.

A 5 minute demo doesn't provide enough time for the player to get a real feel for the game.

It was only 5 minutes? I thought it was more like 20 for me. =\
But either way, this game looks promising and the stuff they give away in the demo version is just enough to intrigue you.

I exaggerated its length a bit. Just wanted to get the idea that I didn't spend a lot of time on the game across.

I probably played for 10-15 minutes as I waited for my brother to finish with an errand. Once you finish all the tasks at the beginning of the demo, you're allowed to free skate for a bit.

Did you actually try and talk to the NPC's or whatever they're called in the game? I was about to but then that session expired.

I'm not sure. Do you have to talk to an NPC to initiate the tasks you have to complete in the beginning?

When I started playing, I was given certain objectives to complete such as performing a grind/manual/ollie. I don't remember if I had to speak to an NPC for that or not.
